Insulated Glass Storage Rack for US Client

The IG Storage Rack Unit is a free loading harp storage rack (optional mounted on four heavy-duty casters). 

The floor is with numbered slots or rollers

glass handling controlled by dividing steel cord with plastic cover.  

Application:Glass is delivered to the washer sorted in the proper order to match up with the spacer frames.  

The washer operator simply loads each glass sheet in order from the racks.  

Hereafer is the IG rack case for our US client:

1. What was the problem my client has? 

• Client: tempering glass and insulated glass manufacture in Ohio, US.

• Client requirement: need to change their followed old IG storage rack.

2. How did TOYOCC racks solve the client’s problem? 

Compare to our regular harp rack, the main difference is the glass fixing method as followed:

• glass handling controlled by dual set of replaceable nylon cord and plastic corner. 

•When the nylon cord tighted through the rack, use spring clamp to fix the postion. 

• The rack color is customized according to client required blue color.

• Container loading organization to save shipping cost
