Dual IG Storage Rack
uProduct Overview
The Dual IG Storage Rack Unit is a free loading harp storage rack (optional mounted on four heavy-duty casters). The floor is with numbered slots and glass handling controlled by a dual set of replaceable dividing nylon cords and corners. Glass is delivered to the washer sorted in the proper order to match up with the spacer frames. The washer operator simply loads each glass sheet in order from the racks. Also offered are 100-slot carts for single slotting glass.

üThe harp dividing nylon cords and corners are removable, so that the cords and corner can be replaced when it becomes worn.
üThe rack flooring contains bolted HDPE strips glass contact surfaces for easy sliding of glass.
üHDPE strips also provides a non-stick surface for insulated glass.
üLabeled slots is easy to organize production for the rest of the plant
üFrame for storing / transporting insulating glass units for inside and outside, mounts for forklifts and industrial trucks, optionally four additional casters.
üMultiple racks are shipped stacked & vertically nested for freight savings.
üUser assembly of cords and casters.
