The Forced-Convection Glass Tempering Furnace is a new generation tempering machine for flat glass. It features reasonable technical design, powerful system control software, high reliability, superior insulation, low production consumption, automatic computer control, and high capacity — especially suited for high-grade glass products such as Low-E glass and coated glass.

Condition: Based on 80% loading rate and 25°C ambient temperature with stable batch production.
Glass quality requirements: No visible bubbles or impurities. Glass must be chamfered, fine ground, cleaned, and dried.

uFeatures
1. Loading Section
The loading section consists of a compound steel structure sheet, transmission system, photoelectric switch, and universal ball elevating table.
2. Heating Section
Includes the roof lifting mechanism, heating system, fast cooling system, thermal balance system, ceramic rollers driving system, length measuring and temperature measuring devices.
3. Flat Quenching (Tempering & Cooling) Section
Includes steel-structure frame, transmission system, quenching, open/close mechanism, upper-quench elevating frame, and soft air pipes. Quenches are divided into upper and lower parts, each connected separately with the air distribution center.
4. Unloading Section
Primarily the same as the loading section, equipped with a photoelectric switch at the end. Rollers stop when glass reaches the switch for manual unloading. Larger glass sheets can be unloaded at the universal ball elevating table through side-rollers.
5. Blower System
Includes the blowers, inverter, air-door control unit, air distribution center, and air adjusting devices for upper quench and lower quench.
6. Control System
Consists of temperature control system, transmission control system, air route control system, and alarm system for urgent trouble.
