Learn to know the sprayer/ fogger
The types of sprayers used for disinfectant sprayers are: portable, backpack, vehicle mounted, mobile and so on. This article mainly introduces the use and maintenance of knapsack and mobile sprayers.
The use of knapsack sprayer:
1 installation: assemble all parts according to the instruction manual, pay attention to the installation position of each part when installing. Do not tighten the connections of plastic sprayers to prevent breakage.
2 test: spray a small amount of water in the liquid drum, and then test the spray at a certain pressure. Check whether the gas leakage and water leakage are normal at each connection.
3 sample solution: filter the prepared sample solution and pour it into the barrel. The sample solution shall not exceed the standard line, so as to keep a certain space in the barrel for storing compressed gas.
4 pumping: grasp the pump body and tighten it until there is no air leakage or water leakage. Some sprays are automatically exhausting when the pressure reaches a certain level.
5 spray: droplet size is related to pressure intensity. The spray nozzle can be adjusted according to the killing phase and environment.
The maintenance of knapsack sprayer:
1 after the operation is finished, the remaining gas in the barrel should be released, the liquid liquid is released, the barrel and the inflator should be cleaned with water, and the air hose should be sprayed to clean the hose, spray rods and sprinklers.
2 remove and dry the dust, dirt, liquid and water on the surface of the sprayer. Place in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
The use of mobile sprayers:
1 preparation before starting: check whether the installation of various parts is correct and firm, and check whether the oil circuit system is smooth.
2 start up: add the oil mixture (used for the first time or in summer, the ratio of gasoline to engine oil is 15:1), open the fuel throttle switch, start the pull door switch to 1 / 2-1 / 3 position, properly adjust the choke (cold and new engines should be closed by 2 / 3, the hot engine can be fully opened), press the fuel injection needle until the oil comes out, start the pull rope, and slowly pull the starting wheel upward for 3 -5 times to make the mixed oil into the air box, and finally quickly pull the assembly to start. After starting, open the main air valve.
3. Test injection: after confirming the normal operation of the engine and damper, clean water should be added to test the spray. Check whether there is leakage at each joint and whether the nozzle and all parts work normally.
4 spray operation: add medicine solution into the medicine box, do not fill the liquid, cover the lid. The engine can run at low speed when adding the liquid. Put the machine back on the back and adjust the engine throttle properly to make it reach the rated speed and work stably. Turn on the spray switch and the liquid will spray out in a mist.
Maintenance of mobile sprayers: after the end of the day, the remaining liquid should be poured out, clean the barrel and pipe with clean water, clean the dust and dirt on the machine surface, check whether there is water leakage and oil leakage at each connection, and whether there are loose parts and screws in all parts. The machine should be placed in a dry, ventilated and clean place to avoid sunlight and high temperature
