Product Description

The vertical intelligent wafer sorting cage MES system can be connected to ERP software. It can import with one click or directly distribute within the ERP system. It can automatically generate replacement wafer information, print wafer sorting sequence flow cards after sorting, and count and trace daily output.

Usage Scenarios:

① For offline use with automatic loading and unloading: The automatic loading system checks the dimensions or scans QR codes before placing the sheets into the cage. After pairing, the sheets are automatically unloaded and placed on the rack according to requirements.

② For use with a hollow glass gluing line to form an automated production line: Two racks of glass requiring pairing are placed into storage cages by checking dimensions or scanning codes. After pairing according to the work order, they directly enter the hollow glass line. The sheet output sequence is pre-transmitted to the aluminum frame bending machine, which manufactures aluminum frames according to the output sequence, ensuring uninterrupted production.

③ The sheets are directly fed into the sheet sorting cage from the tempering furnace. Through sorting and matching, the sheets are then sorted and distributed to the customer according to size, completing the matching and customer-specific size distribution.

④ Used before edge grinding or before enamel coating. Sheets are distributed in order of glass size to break down the bulk into a cohesive whole, reducing the number of times the edges need to be opened and closed during edge grinding, thus increasing edge grinding efficiency by 1-3 times.

Glass conveying speed: 50m/min

Grid frame moving speed: 30m/min

Detection method: Measurement + (optional barcode scanning)

Detection table accuracy: ±2mm

Number of moving grids: 120 (customizable)

Average sheet feeding speed: ≤8 sheets/min

Average sheet output speed: ≤8 sheets/min

Sheet loading height: 550mm (±50mm)

Single machine power: 12.5KW

Equipment voltage/frequency: 380V/50Hz

This equipment can automatically identify glass dimensions based on the size of the glass being inspected or by directly reading QR codes. It then pairs and sorts the glass pieces according to size, handling double-glazed, triple-glazed, quadruple-glazed, laminated, low-E, frosted, coated, and fluted glass. It can sort glass according to customer specifications or process cards, and print process cards after the sorted glass pieces are unloaded.

To improve glass handling efficiency, the MES software supports storing multiple glass pieces of different sizes within a single cage and allows for pairing and sorting by size (from largest to smallest) for outbound processing. It also supports pairing glass pieces of the same size within the same cage and then simultaneously outbound.
