The insulating glass production line is to change the production of insulating glass from manual operation to machine operation, and connect each link through the system to produce in one go. First, the two pieces of glass used to make insulated glass, which can be original glass or tempered glass, are put into the insulating glass production line, and then washed, dried, made spacer frame, filled with desiccant, and first sealed (with butyl glue), check, put the frame and sheet, press the sheet, the second sealing (polysulfide glue or silicone glue), multiple processes of unloading.

Structure and Function for Each Part
Section 1: Feed Section
The red circle part is Low-E glass sensor
It is the first section of the line and its main function is to transmit the glass to thewashing and drying section. The glass panels are made of high density board which can resist the moisture.The transmission wheels are made of polyurethane which can resist abrasion and corrosion. And the transmission wheels can be used with both sides. So it can save the material cost.there is one low-e coating checking system, if you put glass on the wrong side, it will give an alarm.
Section 2: Washing and Drying Section
The whole part material is used 304 stainless steel
1. This part has three pairs of brushes (the material is high -temperature nylon wire ) and two pairs of sponge roller. The brushes are driven by three synchronous motors separately and the movement is stable. Three pairs of brushes high temperature nylons, they are soft and can avoid scratching glasses.six pieces soft brushes It can wash low -E glass Diameter 0.1mm nylon; High temperature brushes for regular glass; 0.07mm for low-e glass.
2. The air knife is designed rhombic shape and produced by CNC bending, so it can strengthen the wind power and make the drying effect to arrive the best level.
3. At the bottom, Sweden SKF oil-free lubrication water-proof bearings are adopted and avoid second pollution.
4. The air cylinder controls the movement of air knife, and it can open and close 3-20mm glass thickness.
5. On the back, the three-level water tank is equipped with three water pump, water heating device and water filtering system, guarantee the temperature and cleanness.
6.the high-pressure blower with heating device can produce circulating hot air which make drying effect reach best condition. Besides, all bearing foundations in the washing section are made of copper, aluminum or stainless steel which can resist rust and anti-oxidation.
Section 3 & Section 4: Transition and Storage Section
Light Inspection Section and Spacer Bar Location Section
This section is used to inspect the washing and drying quality of the glass. The lights are put perpendicularly with the glass and the back board is painted black. It is easy to check the washing and drying effect. When the back end of the glass passes the photoelectric switch, the transmission speed will increase automatically.
When the glass is sensed by the photoelectric switch in this section, the transmission speed will slow down. The glass will slowly touch the side gauge bar and stops. It makes the location precise and avoids the crash of the glasses because of high speed transmission. The position to put spacer bar is located automatically by location paws and the spacer bar should be stick onto the glass manually.
Section 5: Inside Flat Press and Assembly Section
1.At this section, all the data will be inputted into interface screen in advance.
2.The soft and moistureproof plate inside, and our press board can be open 450mm for maintenance.
3.we adopts the W=20mm square tube, and it makes the press section more stable and not easy to change shape.
4.Adopt the ball valve SMC brand from Japan to control the argon gas filling area; 2mx3m we use 21piees ball valves; 2.5mx3.5m we use 28pieces ball valve.
5. Synchronous belt drives the ball screw not hydraulic station.it is more stable,especially produce bigger double glazing and step glazing.
Section6: Transition and Storage Section
This section is used to transmit and store the glass to improve the work efficiency.
