November 2019, we got an order from Mr. Xie on the customized glass sling. Mr. Xie is doing glass and aluminum business and he has a very big glass shop in Cambodia. As one of his routine work, using glass sling to load and unload the glass packs from the trucks is quite common for his employees.

As a glass processing factory, you have many processing stations to wait for the glass sheeting coming, like the lamination line, glass edge grinding, CNC processing, etc. How to transfer the glass sheet in efficient and simple way? Mr. Bruno runs a big glass company that related to the glass doors, glass walls, glass pools, etc.. He has a big business needs on the vacuum lifter equipment. Then, which type of vacuum lifter that workable to him?

This project started with below two pics, this customer wanted to find a replacement of our current wood L-Buck (pictures provided). And they were looking for someone to design a steel replacement rack for packing glass short edge down, long edge up. The rack because of the unusual design, will need to collapse (fold) for return shipment.
