Glass Washing and Drying Machine

JGX1600-6

Description:
Adopt a flat horizontal structure and be used to clean and dry a variety of flat glass.
Machine structure is composed of feeding section, washing section, drying section and discharging end.
Using four pairs of the brush to clean, three pairs of sponge rollers to absorb water, adjustable heater for drying to bring good washing and drying result.
Adopting continuously variable transmission with stable performance, reliable and durable.

Fixture Material


 The welding steadier adopts heavy thickness(3mm) metal pipe to make a stable structure to bearing large weight. They also processed casting annealing, which can avoid to be out of shape after long-time working or shaking.
The rubber roller turned by the chain in an easy way.
The vulcanization rubber (sour liquid forbidden) are stabilization and durability.
