Resin Bonded Grinding Wheels

Description

It is made of diamond and resin bond grinding wheel, referred to as resin wheel, and is generally used for fine grinding after the rough grinding of the double side machine and straight edge machine bottom diamond wheel.

It is used for the chamfering and bottom grinding of the four-side edging and grinding machine. The grinding wheel has high sharpness, wear resistance and good grain removal effect. The wider the layer, the higher the durability of the resin wheel.

Resinoid diamond wheels contain a polycrystalline, low strength, metal-clad diamond grit, allowing efficient self-sharpening via partial fragmentation. The range of conditions in which resin bond wheels can be utilized efficiently is much larger than in the case of metal-bond wheels. An abundant supply of coolant, a prerequisite to grinding performance, makes the utilization of resin-bonded grinding wheels very efficient. A resin-bonded wheel is weakened by exposure to excessive heat.
