6-Axis Industrial Handling Robot Series

The CRP 6-Axis Industrial Handling Robot Series offers a comprehensive range of high-performance robotic arms designed for material handling, loading and unloading, palletizing, assembly, polishing, and grinding applications. With payload capacities ranging from 10 kg to 360 kg and working reaches from 1.5 meters to 3.5 meters, this series covers virtually all industrial handling requirements — from delicate small-part assembly to heavy-duty palletizing and machine tending.

Each robot in the series features 6 axes of motion with excellent repeatability of ±0.05 mm to ±0.08 mm, ensuring precise and consistent operation. The body is rated IP54 and the wrist IP67, providing reliable protection against dust and water ingress in demanding industrial environments. Ground, wall, and upside-down mounting options offer flexible installation to suit any workspace layout.

The robots are equipped with high-torque joints and large allowable moment of inertia, enabling stable handling of heavy and bulky workpieces. Reserved air lines (Ø8–Ø12 mm) are built into the arm for easy integration of end-of-arm tooling such as grippers, suction cups, and welding torches.
