The TYHP-GVLR1600 Tracked Glazing Robot is a high-performance electric multi-function glass vacuum lifter designed for heavy-duty glass installation and material handling applications. With a maximum load capacity of 1,600 kg and a maximum lifting height of 10.17 meters, this tracked robot delivers exceptional performance for curtain wall installation, glass panel handling, and various construction tasks.
Equipped with a trunk-style downward-curved boom head, the TYHP-GVLR1600 provides excellent ground-level material handling capability and strong low-position lifting performance. The 360° slewing main platform offers a wider working range and greater flexibility on site, while the crawler-type mobility provides excellent terrain adaptability for various ground conditions.
The robot features remote wireless control, allowing operators to maintain a safe working distance and enhancing both operational safety and personnel protection. Its lithium battery management system provides clear real-time monitoring of battery status and overall battery health, with a 32 kWh lithium battery delivering 24-48 hours of continuous operation.
Multiple safety protection systems, including vacuum loss alarm, low-battery alarm, charging protection, anti-tip device, emergency stop, and overload alarm, ensure safe and reliable operation. The quick-change multifunctional attachments, including curved vacuum pad assemblies, winches, hydraulic fly jibs, and fork attachments, enable versatile material handling applications.
